Album Artist is a small graphic design studio based in far south Austin, TX. The company is run by Douglas Brown. He's an artist and illustrator who has created a variety of pieces, from print catalogs to logos, to graphic novels and children's books to storyboards for film and television.

Graphic Novels

After Twilght is based on the short film of the same name, written and directed by Gary L. Watson. First issue will be published in October 2011.

Sir Reel: Theatre of the Mind is a graphic novel based on the screenplay by Dr. Ies von Hebal. Publication of the comic is set for late 2011.

Finkman is a character created by Dr.Cliff Jones who contacted Mr. Brown to illustrate his project.

Once Upon A 2008 is a graphic novel Mr.Brown has been working on for a very long time that is finally complete. "Once Upon… is a 183 page political satire of the last presidential election.

When King George II suddenly dies without an heir, the two houses that comprise his court, the House of Reagan (R), and House of Delano (D) agree to hold a tournament to be between the champions of the each house to find their new King. Within the House of Reagan, Cain of Arizona rises victorious very early on. Within the House of Delano, however, things are not so easy to decide. Should it be Hildegard, the wife of King William, or Maboa, a mysterious stranger with a golden tongue?
